Webisodes: It’s exciting to see creative, original content not only being made on a shoestring, but utilising new forms of delivery that go outside the traditional in order to reach an audience. To top it off, this series is deliciously addictive, must-see lesbian drama. I'm so happy to see something from the streets of Sydney reach bigger and broader audiences. Just find it, settle in, and see it. You won't be sorry.

janet king: season one

In the high-powered legal world you have to be tough. Janet is that in spades. She is also unabashedly, unashamedly gay. She takes no crap where her family or sexuality is concerned. She's a true warrior, tough skinned, suffers fools not at all, and gives a walloping several times to people who dare challenge her for her sexuality. She is without a doubt one of the strongest lesbian characters I've ever seen on TV.

the monkey's mask

The Monkey's Mask is a beautiful film; visually exciting and poetic, but if you are looking for a fast-paced detective thriller then you are in the wrong place. Jill wanders around in a world that is alien, being led astray by a woman who is not as she appears, trying to find secrets to a murder not even being very effectively covered up.

love and other catastrophes

This film is a testament to the power of the idea. Just a few good scenes, some charming actors and voila! A decent, quirky, urban comedy. Made in a matter of weeks with just a Woody Allen-inspired script, no money and a lot of passion, it was a cinematic success story, lesbians and all.
